We just started buying refinance leads through you in August of 2009.  While it takes a couple of months to ramp up the closings, I thought that you would be interested in understanding how your leads have performed for us to date.

On 235 Refinance leads delivered to us through Leads360 in September we closed 8 loans in October, a 3.4% conversion ratio.  WE ARE JUST GETTING GOING!!  Our ROI was 1043%.  Very nice compared to the other lead providers that I purchase refinance leads from.

Secondly, on Purchase type leads our ROI was a whopping 2477%.  While I only closed 2 loans in October on the 239 leads you sent us in September our average fee was huge.  Both deals were closed through an affiliate Realtor and they helped us build in nice seller concessions. 

Clearly, while I am not happy with the conversion ratio on the Purchase leads (our emphasis has been on refinances lately) it gives me great hope of a fantastic 2010 when the market changes and I have better control over the real estate aspect of my plan as my loan officers get better at doing purchase transactions in the states we are licensed in.

As a side note, our use of Leads360 has helped us a great deal in achieving these results.  We use Leads360 to its’ highest degree as you know.  Pull distribution that Leads360 offers us is HUGE!!!
