I wanted to share with you some statistics on how mortgage leads perform with proper use of Leads360. 

On leads delivered from 5/1/09-9/30/09 our contact ratio was 70.7% and our application ratio/qualification ratio stood at 41.7%. 

The analysis was on the acquisition of 6638 leads, over the same time frame, of both Refinance and Purchase types.  The statistics were run on 11/6/09.  We achieved these results with proper use of every feature Leads360 offers us. 

Pull Distribution ROCKS!!  I don’t have to rely upon just one loan originator to get the job done on each lead initially assigned to them.
