One Year Later: Success Quantified!

One year ago!

Halloween 2008, Wendy imported leads from Integra Telemarketing into Leads360. Within just a day or two we had all our loan officers learning, and working, in a new lead distribution system.

 

This past year we have seen how valuable Leads360 can be.

  • We have email drip campaigns designed to communicate before, during, and after the loan process.
  • There are reports built to assist our loan officers in their daily routine – to not lose track of opportunities.
  • The lead distribution pipelines have evolved from a basic push to allowing users to pull when they can give the prospect the attention they deserve.  
  • The addition of many actions has streamlined the direction a lead flows, improving our reaction/action time to help customers & team members
  • We are now global – all CMC branches and PPN’s are using Leads360. We can transfer a customer from one area to another bringing along the notes and information too.
  • More loans were closed because we did not lose sight of them during a refinance boom.
  • We received more leads this year than we did in 2006, 2007, or 2008.

11/5/08 – First day 22 loan officers started using the system

33 seats – initial users [22 HLS, 4 assistants, 4 admin, 3 mgmt]

3 – Lead distributions [New, Free Report, PLeads360 (Integra leads)]

Pam Thomas – First loan officer to take an action in the system; also the first loan officer to move a lead through Leads360 into Integra

 

2009

Lead distribution pipelines to better meet our customer’s expectations.

Additional users within current PPN groups, new PPN Groups & users
