 Overview

The Leads360 has just completed the latest LeadManager updates. This update is focused on optimizing system performance, as well as providing some valuable new features,including:


• Expanded Email Drip Filters
• Insurance and Debt Lead Types
• Client Settings Page Reorganization
• Updated Time Zones

Expanded Email Drip Filters – Send an email before a specified date

We have expanded the email drip filters to allow you to schedule an email before a date contained in a date field. This greatly increases the flexibility of email scheduling and is particularly valuable for sending out renewal or reminder notices to your leads prior to an important event.

To Schedule an Email Before or After a Specified Date

To schedule an email before a date has occurred (e.g. renewal date)
1. Click the "Send Before or After a Specific Date" radio button
2. Select the number of minutes, hours, days, or weeks
3. Select whether to send the email before or after the date within the date field
4. Select which date field to use as the trigger
5. Add any additional filters and click Submit

 

To Schedule an Email After a Specified Event

To set a delay on an email after a trigger has occurred (e.g. a Status change or Action):
1. Click the "Send after a trigger occurs" radio button
2. Select the number of minutes, hours, days, or weeks for the delay
3. Add your additional filters and click Submit

Insurance and Debt Lead Types

For Insurance and Debt users, we've introduced a Lead Type setting which allows you to specify the type of leads available within your account. Selecting only the lead types   relevant to your business will remove all unnecessary tabs and fields from your Add/Edit lead page, as well as the available options within the Lead Type dropdown menu.

To select your Lead Types:

1. Go to Preferences >> Client Settings
2. Click the Edit Lead Type Settings link under Lead & Campaign Settings
3. Check the relevant checkbox to activate a Lead Type or uncheck it to disable it
4. Click Submit

Client Settings Page Reorganization

In order to make it easier to manage individual settings, we've grouped them by category, including; Account Settings, Lead and Campaigns Settings, Email Notification and Reminder Settings, and Other Settings.

New Time Zones

Speaking of Client Settings, we've updated the time zone dropdown on the Client Settings page to include Alaska and Hawaii.
