Leads360 10.5 Release Notes.

With some major feature releases forthcoming in the 10.6 Release, the 10.5 release is focused on one product enhancement with a small UI change and several bug fixes.

Vendor Settings Page

This Vendor Settings page will be used to manage settings associated with third party systems (e.g. pricing engines or dialers).  To begin we’ve moved the LendingTree Canned Documentation and Filter ID settings to this section and we’ll be adding more in the future. Please note: you will only see this Vendor Settings option in your navigation menu if you are currently working with LendingTree leads.

The existing LendingTree pages; Filter IDs, Documentation are now tabs on the Vendor Settings page. Please note: no functionality has changed on these pages.

Speed to Contact Attempt Metric

The Speed to Contact Attempt Metric on the dashboard has replaced the Speed to Contact Metric.

 

 

The Speed to Contact Attempt for Users and Groups are calculated as the difference between the date/time of assignment to a User or Group and the date/time of the first contact attempt by that User or Group (provided that this user or group is the first to have the lead assigned to them). The first contact attempt will include the first call initiated by Leads360 dialer or first action taken by assigned user (provided the action is associated with contact attempt). Bug Fixes

Pull Preview Bug Fix

When sorting a Pull Preview page by the User column, an error occurred which prevented users from being able to take leads.

Lead Time Zone: Date tags Bug Fix

Field Tags based on date were actually displaying date/time. This has been fixed so that Field Tags based on date or displaying date only.

Distribution Log Exports Pulling Dates Outside of Requested Date Range Bug Fix

When exporting distribution logs, the export file included a different date range from the distribution log page. This bug has been fixed so that exported distribution logs are corresponding to the requested date range.

Sort by Last Status Change Date Bug Fix

Sorting by Last Status Change date on the view leads page was not sorting properly. This bug has been fixed so that sorting by this field functions as it should.

Nip in Bud Report Error Bug Fix

Running the report without a ‘To:’ date selected, would result in an exception error. This bug has been fixed.

UI Enhancement - Update Leads360 search functionality between Leads and Direct Mail

The Search functionality between Leads/Direct Mail has been updated. When a user selects  the Leads or Direct Mail radio button the system will now remember that selection so that it will always default to the last selected option.
