How the Speed to Contact Attempt Metric is calculated

The Speed to Contact Attempt for Users and Groups are calculated as the difference between the date/time of assignment to a User or Group and the date/time of the first contact attempt by that User or Group (provided that this user or group is the first to have the lead assigned to them). The first contact attempt will include the first call initiated by Leads360 dialer or first action taken by assigned user (provided the action is associated with contact attempt).

Speed to Contact Attempt for a Company is the average difference between the date/time that the lead was added to Leads360 and the date/time the first contact attempt was made. The first contact attempt will include the first call initiated by the Leads360 dialer or the first action taken by assigned user (provided the action is associated with contact attempt).

Note that Speed to Contact Attempt data has been calculated retroactively for all leads in your database. This has been done by applying the formula described above to all leads.

The Speed to Contact Attempt metric is available in Reporting; i.e., Dashboard reports and Milestone reports. It is calculated by Campaigns, Groups, and Users.

First Contact Attempt Date system field

A new system field has been added called First Contact Attempt Date. This field was added to be able to calculate the Speed to Contact Attempt metric. This system field can be used in custom reports, filtering, etc.
