Leads360 LeadManager Release Notes

August 19, 2010

Endless Summer at Leads360… Leads360 is pleased to announce 10.4 Deployment with the following new features and enhancements aimed at improving your team’s productivity.

  • Lead Prioritization -- Based on feedback from the Beta test, our Lead Prioritization feature has been fine tuned to optimize the probability of contacting and converting your leads.
  • Lead Time Zone -- Lead Time Zone helps to ensure that your leads are contacted at the most appropriate time based on their location.
  • LeadManager Interface Enhancements -- We are continually working to improve the user experience with LeadManager and have launched a few interface and performance enhancements.
  • Bug Fixes – We fixed one significant bug with our reporting functionality for our larger clients.

Lead Prioritization

Leads360 is proud to announce the formal launch of our Lead Prioritization feature. Lead Prioritization uses Leads360’s best practices and experience to prioritize your leads in order to maximize speed to contact. Enterprise clients can even create their own rules to further customize the order in which leads are contacted.

Here’s how it works:

 1.  When clicking the Leads tab, you will have the option of selecting either Normal View or the Prioritized View.

2.  If you select Normal View, you will see the list of leads sorted in the default order. The default order sorts the leads by the Date Added field from newest to oldest.

3.  On the Normal View page, you can set filters and sort leads by column.

4.  If you select Prioritized View, you will see the leads prioritized using Leads360’s default prioritization rules.

5.  Since the Prioritized View page is meant to show your leads in a prioritized order, both filtering and sorting capabilities are hidden.

6.  Please note that the Prioritized View only shows leads that have been deemed as needing to be acted upon at the current time and are sorted in descending order of priority.

7.  LeadManager will also remember your last selected lead view. If you last selected the Normal View, clicking on the Leads tab will display the leads with normal sorting. If you last selected the Prioritized View, clicking on the Leads tab will display the leads with prioritized sorting

Lead Prioritization is an easy and effective way to optimize the order in which your leads are contacted. And, best of all, it’s free!

To learn more about Lead Prioritization, or to have Lead Prioritization enabled on your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Leads360 Support.

Lead Time Zone

We have added lead time zone support within LeadManager. Using the lead time zone with your distribution programs will ensure that leads are being contacted at the optimal or most appropriate time given their location.

Here’s how it works:

1.  The Lead’s Time Zone is a drop-down field that is located near the top right corner of the Edit Lead page. The time zone can be specified or changed at any time on this page.

2.  For newly created and imported leads, LeadManager can automatically calculate the lead’s time zone based on either a specified phone or ZIP code field. LeadManager will not automatically calculate the time zone for pre-existing leads.

3.  To set the automatic time zone calculation for your leads, you’ll need to access the Client Settings page. The Client Settings page can be found within the Preferences submenu from the main Menu tab.

4.  Within the Lead & Campaign Status header, there is a field named Automatically Calculate Lead Time Zone. If the checkbox is checked, LeadManager will automatically calculate time zone based on the contact field (either phone or ZIP code) specified on the drop-down menu to the right of the checkbox.

 5.  The Lead Time Zone field can be used throughout LeadManager including the reporting and distribution features. For instance, you can create a distribution program for your East Coast agents to only contact leads located within the Eastern or Central time zones.

The Lead Time Zone feature is enabled for all Small Business and Enterprise clients and will help to ensure that your leads are being contacted at the best time of the day given their location.

LeadManager Interface Enhancements

The following interface enhancements have been launched:

Search Email Address in Opt-Out Report – A new search box has been added to the Email Opt-Out report allowing Administrators to determine whether a specific email address has been opted out.

New Relative Range Filter on View Leads Page – In addition to status, campaign and date filters, users may now filter their View Leads page by relative range (e.g. Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, etc.)

Optimized Phone Field Search – While the interface is unchanged, the query for searching any phone field type has been optimized to decrease search times.

Bug Fixes

Campaign Limits on Reporting - For the 10.4 Deployment, we fixed a bug within our reporting capabilities that primarily impacted our larger customers. For clients who had more than 100 campaigns, some of the reports would cause an error and not show any results data. The campaign threshold was raised to 150 in the hopes that this will support the needs of our clients without significantly impacting the performance of our reporting capabilities.
