Email Reports give administrators insight into the how the Leads360 Email functionality is being used. Below is a brief description of each report and a link to a support portal article which gives more information about the report.
Email Result Summary - The Email Result Summary displays data on how well your email is being delivered.
Opt-Out Report - Use the Email Opt-Out Report to see the leads who have opted out of receiving emails from your company.
Queued Emails Report - The Queued Emails Report gives you information about emails that are queued to be sent as part of email nurture campaigns. This report returns data for emails that have been sent, are queued to be sent, or were not sent because a condition was not met that was required in order for the email to be sent. This report only returns results on emails that have a delay set on them. It is not a report that shows every email that has been sent.
