Leads360 offers live training sessions for all Dial-IQ clients on the Leads360 system.  

Dial-IQ User Training is available Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM (PST). Here’s how to attend.

o    Getting Started — Adjusting your settings and recording your voicemail message

o    The Heads-Up-Display — How to take actions, leave messages, and transfer calls using the HUD

o    Basic Call Functions — How to use Click-to-Dial, Schedule Dial, and create Call Queues

o    Calling New Leads — Learn how to receive and call leads using Shotgun Connect and Control Connect
