Leads360 10.3 Release Notes - 6/17/2010

The 10.3 Deployment consists of three bug fixes that affected lead distribution and receiving of emails. In addition we have made system enhancements that improve performance and load times for many pages within the LeadManager.  The following bugs have been fixed:

Real Time Distribution/Local Time Zone– Real-time distribution was not properly accounting for a client’s local time zone. In some cases, this was resulting in leads being distributed in excess of the user’s daily maximum lead limit.  This has been fixed so that the system accounts for client’s time zone correctly. 

Email Allotment Fix– Internal emails (emails sent to users such as New Lead Notifications) were not being sent if the client’s monthly email allotment was reached.  This has been fixed so that emails sent to users will be sent even when monthly allotment has been exceeded.

Small Business Template /Change Status Upon Distribution– The Small Business template contained a bug which disabled the “change status upon distribution” distribution setting during the creation of a client database.  This has been modified to so that the setting is now enabled by default.
