Leads360 Support April 22, 2010
Since launching our File Attachment and Storage tool, we’ve received valuable feedback to help us optimize this feature, making it more powerful and easier to use. Here are some of the updates:
New Zip File Format
In addition to the current file formats (e.g. Word, PDF, Excel, and Jpg), the LeadManager now supports Zip file attachments of up to 4 MB.
Adding an Attachment from a Lead to a Manual Email
You may now add a file attachment associated with a lead directly to a manual email. We’ve removed the need for you to download files to your desktop before attaching them to an email.
Selecting from a List of Attachments
Previously all file attachments associated with an email template were automatically included each time a manual email was sent. We’ve improved this feature by allowing you to select individual files from a pre-defined list, giving you greater control over your email attachments.
For more detailed instructions on using the File Attachment and Storage features, please see the File Attachment Help document.
A campaign filter has been added to the User and Group views of the dashboard milestones report interface, allowing you to drill down into an individual user’s or group’s milestone metrics.
Dashboard Milestones Report
We’ve made a small but important change to the Email Result Summary Report (Reportsà Email Reports à Email Result Summary). This report is provided to give you insight into your email deliverability, but in a few cases it’s caused a bit of confusion. We have changed the title of the “Total Emails Sent” metric to the more accurate “Total Verified Email Results”. This metric shows the total number of emails for which a response has been returned by an ISP (e.g. AOL, Hotmail, or Yahoo). In some cases this may be lower than the number of emails actually sent from your account because an ISP may not always return a response in a timely manner.
Email Result Summary
With this update, we have fixed two errors that were occurring for some of our users.
LenderSafe Error
Some users reported errors when selecting fields within the formbuilder to be included in the LenderSafe lead form. This problem has been resolved and is now functioning correctly.
Nip in Bud Report Error
Some users reported errors when selecting date ranges within the Nip in Bud report. Specifically, adding a date in the “to:” field of the date range filter was causing the report to error. This problem has been resolved and is no functioning correctly.
The new file attachment feature allows you to attach files to email templates as well as manual emails, expanding your ability to efficiently send documents to your leads. In addition, the new file storage feature allows you to attach these same files to your leads for future reference.
By default, each account is provided with 5 MB of storage capacity, while capacity may be added, for an additional fee, through the new File Storage Settings page within the LeadManager.
