New Filters and Fields

We have added several new filters and operators to the distribution, reporting, email drip programs, providing greater flexibility for filtering your leads.

Last Contact Attempt Date

The Last Contact Attempt date shows the last time an action considered a Contact Attempt was taken by a User.  Use this function to create reports to show you which leads should be contacted next (e.g. show me all leads with no contact attempts in the last 24 hours).

 Next Reminder Date

The Next Reminder Date filter gives you the ability to filter leads based on upcoming reminders.  Use this filter in distribution programs to prevent leads with future reminders from being re-distributed.

The new Milestone filter allows you to filter your leads by Milestone, including:

• Contact
• Qualification
• Conversion

 New Relative Range Operator

The Relative Range operator has been updated to provide greater flexibility for filtering leads by time.  In addition to selecting from the dropdown options (Today, Since Monday, This Calendar Month, etc.), a new dropdown allows you to select events occurring in the next or last X days, hours or minutes.
