Now you can email reports to any member of your team directly from the LeadManager, providing greater visibility and efficiency to your team.

Email This Report Page

To Email a Report
1. Run a canned or custom report
2. From the report results, click the new Email Report button to go to the Email This Report page
3. Select the report format (Excel or Text)
4. Select your report recipients
5. Customize your email subject line and message
6. Click Submit
7. All recipients will then receive an email with an attached report file
Need a report for your Monday morning sales meeting? With the new scheduled email reports function, you can have custom reports waiting in your team members’ inboxes when they get in.

Email This Report Page

To Schedule a Custom Report
Click the Email Report button from any custom reports results page to go to the Email This Report page, and use the radio buttons to select a date from the available options.
Immediately
By default, all custom reports are scheduled to be sent immediately.

Once (In the Future)
Select one future date on which to email the report.

Daily
Select whether to email the report every day or week days only, and set a beginning and end date for this schedule.

Weekly
Select the day(s) of the week to email the report, and set a beginning and end date for this schedule.

Monthly (Calendar Date)
Select a specific calendar day (e.g. the 15th of each month) each month, and set a beginning and end date for this schedule.

Monthly (By Day) – Select recurring days (e.g. the first Friday of each month) each month, and set a beginning and end date for this schedule.

Scheduled Reports Page
Go to Reporting à Scheduled Reports to review a complete list of your currently scheduled reports, including the next delivery date and the schedule details. You can edit or delete your schedules using the available links. The bottom section of the page, Completed Reports, includes a list of the last 100 reports sent to your users.

Notes:
· You can schedule up to 10 recurring custom reports
· Scheduled Reports and Batches are executed at 12:00 AM PST on the day(s) selected in the schedule unless you send the report “immediately”.
· You can only schedule custom reports on a recurring basis.
· You cannot schedule a report which includes template filters, nor can you add template filters to a scheduled report

1. Run a custom report
2. Click Run Batch Process on the Report Results page
3. Configure your batch process options
4. Select your schedule options
5. Click Submit Batch (See Scheduled Email Reports for details on schedule options)

Go to Reporting à Batch Processing to review a complete list of your currently scheduled Batch Processes, including the next processing date and the schedule details. Using Leads360 SMS feature, you can receive New Lead Notifications and Reminders on your mobile phone.
Please note that standard text messaging rates apply to this service. Please check with your service provider or carrier for details on rates.
Enabling Your SMS Notifications
In order to receive any text based messages (New Lead Notifications or Reminders) each User must enable the setting from their My Settings page.
My Settings Page

1. Go to Preferences à My Settings
2. Enter your mobile phone number
3. Click the checkbox “Receive Text Message (SMS) Notifications”
4. Select your Service Provider (if you do not see your Provider listed, please email support@leads360.com as we will be adding additional Providers as needed)
5. Click Apply or Submit
Enabling SMS New Lead Notifications for Your Users
Before New Lead Notifications text messages may be sent, an Administrator must enable the function on the Client Settings page.
Client Settings (Email, Notification & Reminder Settings Section)
1. Go to Preferences à Client Settings
2. Scroll down to the Email, Notification & Reminder Settings Section
3. Click the checkbox “Users Can Receive New Lead Text Message (SMS) Notifications”
4. Click Apply or Submit
Note: Although the Administrator can enable this function, SMS New Lead Notifications or Reminders will not actually be sent unless the User also enables the setting from their My Settings page.
Sending a Reminder Text Message
When adding a reminder to a lead you may choose to send a reminder text message. The text message will be triggered simultaneous to the reminder pop up and email.
Add/Edit Reminder (Send Text Message)

1. Select a lead and click Add Reminder
2. Within the reminder popup, click the checkbox “Send Text Message (SMS)
3. Click Submit
Text Message Format
Both New Lead and Reminder text messages will have a standard non-editable format, using the Lead Identifier field tags selected on the Client Settings page. Typically text messages are limited to 160 characters.

1. Go to Preferences à Client Settings
2. Scroll down to the Lead & Campaign Settings Section
3. Add field tags to the Lead Identifier field
4. Click Apply or Submit
