Leads360 Support April 22, 2010
Leads360 Reminders have been renamed and given expanded functionality. Instead of setting Reminders, you now set Calendar Events. Calendar Events are of one of two types: Tasks and Appointments. What was formerly the Reminder Popup is now a Calendar Event Alert. Any reminders that you have currently set have been converted to Tasks.
Open the Add Calendar Event pop up by clicking the link on the Take Action section of the View/Edit Lead page or from the Options column or Right-Click menu on the View Leads Page.
